FAISALABAD(FNNI) President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Engineer Mohammad Saeed Sheikh has welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision on Panama Papers Case and urged the political parties to behave cautiously while expressing their political differences in order to avoid any damage to the national economy. Commenting on the Supreme Court’s verdict, he said that ultimate objective of all political parties is to work for the welfare, progress, and prosperity of Pakistan and for this purpose peace is pre-requisite in which industrial and business activities could flourish. The conducive environment is also necessary as it will facilitate the businesses and create much-needed job opportunities for our youth. He said that this decision has also dispelled the uncertainty prevailing in the national politics. It will restore the confidence of the business community which will pave way for the progress and prosperity of the country.
He said that opposition parties should accept Supreme Court verdict with the open heart. Similarly, the ruling PML-N should not take any extreme step while celebrating this decision as it could hurt the sentiments of the opposition parties. He further said that economic issues are very sensitive and hence our attitude while dealing with this situation should be balanced and positive. It is very important to save the economy from the negative impacts of agitation and protestation etc, he said.
